It’s not long now till Beacon Internet makes its’ mark at the Sales and Market Summit in the RDS, Dublin. The event kicks off on Wednesday 30th May and my own personal contribution is a presentation on practical Seo, explaining a host of techniques, approaches and strategies to prepare your website to be found by major search engines among other things.

I’m looking forward to attending, contributing and sharing some of the knowledge I’ve gained over the years and letting people know just what Beacon Internet Marketing is all about.

One of things I enjoy most as part of everything I do is standing in front of an audience, especially an enthusiastic one, and helping them down the right path when it comes to SEO. It’s a minefield of a topic, even for those with experience and It’s an ever-changing cycle. This is not an area where you can be caught napping because when you wake up you’ll find your competitors light years and many many customers ahead of you.

The summit consists of 100+ speakers over 9 stages. It focuses on the fundamental changes occurring between how buyers and sellers interact at both a consumer and business level. It brings to the fore the need for a new approach from all sides due to the never-ending game-changing shift in the marketplace and the need to blend the strengths of senior executives, sales, marketing and PR like never before!

For my part, I’ll be giving a brief 15 minute practical guide to SEO and things you can do today to drive more traffic to your website. I’m covering exactly what SEO is, the techniques that work currently, and how you can apply them to your business. This talk is for both small businesses looking to improve things themselves and larger companies looking for a better understanding of how to increase organic traffic to your website.

For anyone attending the event search out Beacon Internet Marketing, and by all means come and have a chat with me on anything SEO related or even something not necessarily within that remit. I love to chat and I love a good discussion over coffee and I’ll talk for as long as you’ll listen on all things SEO.
